Returns

We only accept returns if we receive the product(s) back with 14 working days (Monday-Friday) from the day you received the product(s). The returned product(s) must be unused and in exactly the same condition as the product(s) sent out. Product(s) purchased in a sale, are excluded from any returns. Once we have received the return and are happy with the product(s), you will receive an email including the process of your refund.

Delivery

All orders made will normally be dispatched within 1-2 days. Orders made in the UK will be received within 3-5 working days and orders made worldwide will be received with 7-10 working days. UK orders over £100.00 are entitled to FREE delivery if code FREEDEL is used. If this code isn't used at the checkout, standard UK delivery cost applies.
